Getting a Video Tour of your Real Estate
Listing can be more affordable than you thought it would be. For
under $100 you can have your property filmed with a digital video
camera, edited, music soundtrack added, and posted to the MLS and
Realtor.com for you.
Combination packages of a Video Tour and Floor
Plan (done by YourPlans) are now
available - see prices below.
Video Tours:
House up to 8 Rooms: $75
House 9 + Rooms:
$95
additional Third Level $20
(exterior shots are included)
Reshoot/Re-edit due to season or
decor change: $20
Combination Video Tour/Floor Plan
Packages:
Up to 3,000 sq. ft.
$170
3,000 to 4500 sq. ft. $200
over 4500 sq. ft.
$275
Floor Plans are done by
YourPlans Floor Plans
Photos done at the time of a Video Tour
are $40 for a house 8 rms or less, and $50 for a house over 9 rooms.
If only photos are done without a Video
Tour at the same time the cost is
$50.
Narrated Video Tours are now an option.
There is a $50 fee to add a narrative
voiceover to a Video Tour.
